In this role, Powell will serve as a key member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, guiding strategic direction, operational excellence, and continued growth within Eclipse Advantage’s staffing business.
Powell brings more than 30 years of staffing industry leadership, with a proven track record of building scalable systems, high-performing teams, and sustainable revenue growth. She began her career at Staffmark, where she spent a decade leading sales and operations teams through new market start-ups, on-site launches, and the successful integration of teams following multiple acquisitions.
Most recently, Powell served in multiple senior leadership roles at Employbridge, where she built the organization’s first on-site business model, growing it from 17 to more than 500 locations and generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. She later launched the company’s Strategic Enterprise Account Management organization, delivering double-digit growth even in years when the broader industry declined.
Powell is recognized for her ability to set bold goals while creating the trust, clarity, and support that teams need to achieve them. She resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, John, and their dog, Sugar. Outside of work, she values time with her three adult children, especially their weekly Sunday dinners that keep family and connection at the center of her life.
