With a proven track record of innovation and leadership in the technology sector, Tyrell will lead the company’s IT Team and will focus efforts in building a culture inclusive of leading-edge technology to support the continued growth in human capital within the supply chain.
As CTO, Tyrell will play a pivotal role in steering Eclipse Advantage towards new heights of technological excellence. With a focus on driving innovation, he will lead the technology team in shaping and executing the company’s technological strategy, ensuring to support our internal teams and clients with leading-edge technology in supply chain people logistics.

Tyrell’s past roles include executive level positions where he incorporated cutting-edge technology to accelerate company growth, increase revenue generation, and reduce expenses. He led technology integration during a merger of two $500M staffing companies that grew to $1.3B within two years. His strategic technology capabilities have reduced millions of dollars in costs.
Prior to joining Eclipse Advantage, Tyrell held positions as Global Head of Information Technology at Dexian (formerly Digital Intelligence Systems); Chief Information Officer at Signature Consultants; Vice President and General Manager at Berean Group International; and Vice President of Technology and Recruiting at Butler International, Inc.
He earned a Bachelor of Business in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
